By far the worst customer service I’ve ever seen at a Starbucks. And One of the poorest managed locations. I ordered on the mobile app. They have a sign in front of the door Saying to call the number and they will bring out your order if the doors are locked early in the morning. (see photo). I ordered here three times in the previous week and it went fine. I did the same thing today and the girl on the phone said we can’t bring out an order you have to go through the drive-through. I politely said that the sign says otherwise I’ve already done that. She told me that is not the case. And hung up on me. I called back and it rang for about three minutes with no one answering. After about five more minutes a girl came out with my order and was clearly upset that she had to walk to the door and hand it to me. Didn’t say a word when I thanked her. She just rolled her eyes and disgust at having to walk 14 feet to the door to have somebody a coffee. The manager clearly allows his/her staff to treat customers like this and is not training the staff to follow their own policy. If you don’t want to bring orders to the door don’t have a large sign next to the door with a phone number telling customers to call to do just that. Wow.
The drive through is always so fast and the people at the window are great! Been here about 4 times in the past week and today just finished off our time in Vegas on the perfect note! Not sure her name (she moved from Washington) was great at the window, just such a wonderful conversation!
Fast service very nice employees
PSL is back. Cold Brew is good on a hot summer day. Love it
Yikes. This place is seriously busy. I ordered using the app and still had to wait 15 minutes past the promised time. The real improvement that Starbucks could make would be to add a TV monitor to show you where you are in line for mobile orders. I had real anxiety that my order was lost somehow. All of the employees were totally focused on making drinks. The friendly "Welcome to Starbucks" is gone. If this is the new reality, then Starbucks should embrace it with way more automation. All we were getting is two drips with half and half.
