I do understand the severity of the business and how busy they are during certain times but with that being said I still feel that it's unexcusable when you do a mobile order to order a head and you still have to wait 10 minutes. Then my friend forgot to order and all he ordered was a drink and it took another 15 to 18 minutes for them to make one drink hence us being late back for work. 100% totally unacceptable especially for a place that thrives on that type of business (likes to be busy and are extremely fast) they were put to the test today and failed.
I was not happy and same with the other people i purchased for, they didn't give me what i asked for and i was charged for something i did not get it was just a topping. Also the same drink always comes to less at other locations. I have been coming to this location now for like 2 months and they usually don't give me the amt of caramel drizzle that i specify so i usually have to run back in to ask for more which is frustrating and i am not asking for one of those crazy drink orders just a macchiato with one extra pump vanilla and extra caramel drizzle on top and bottom and i usually say extra extra just so they get the point... But don't get me wrong i tip and am not rude.
Long wait. Though aside from that they got the order right and the server for the drive through was pleasant. I would have given 5 stars for a quicker experience
I usually love this place, but my husband came home tonight with a drink that tasted like mold. First, he ordered an unsweetened guava black tea.... They put lemonade in it..eh no... He did not ask for that... When I tasted it... I immediately got the mold taste. I don't know why. Whenever I do get this drink, they usually make it correctly and it does not taste like mold. Please put the guava juice in the refrigerator not on top where the tea goes!
