I was just there and was served by a guy named ‘RENO’, ordered a coffee and didn’t taste good, I told him to remake it and he was like I will remake it but it will taste the same and it’s upto you, he remade it and it tasted lot better, when I said thank you you made it lot better this time he literally shut the drive thru door on us saying have a good day guys. Super super rude. Coffee was good but giving 1 star just for the customer service

I recently moved from CA. It was really hard to leave my local Starbucks. The Canyon center Starbucks was my place. I moved here wondering if I'd ever find one with the employees who were so good to me. Guess what!! I did! At the Paradise store and I've been to a few around here. The employees are genuinely kind. They are always happy. The store is very clean and that's important being it's an older store. I look forward to the visit. They care about their customers and know your name. Thank you for making me feel at home. God Bless you all and stay safe.😊

As usual, I ordered via the mobile to minimize the in-person meet due to COVID-19 (Dec 25th, 2020). We were walking up from our hotel as we were visiting Las Vegas.
When my wife and I arrived, it was written on the door that it is on vehicle pick up only. There was a phone number we called it.
A female employee responded, after I told her we have an order but we are walking, she said the app states that this is drive through only. I told her no, I just used the app 10 minutes ago and it does not say that.
She got angry, started screaming, yelling and told me that I am “rude.”
I was stunned, amused, and shocked. She had the gots to call a customer “rude” on a Christmas morning.
I hung up immediately and walked away. If Starbucks allows this employee to yell at a customer and calls him “rude” why can I trust this brand to make food or drink for me. This person is the kind of person who may spit into my drink.
No thank you. You stole the $10 the price of my order. But no thank you. This is just a garbage location apparently.
Thank you Starbucks for fostering employees who throw insults on your customers on a Christmas morning. Way to go.
