Therapy offers progressive, yet approachable American cuisine and hand-crafted cocktails. The 4,100-square-foot American gastro-lounge features an expansive menu for sharing, as well as large plate selections, executed by Executive Chef Aaron Thomas. In fact, the innovative menu has received widespread attention including a feature on "Food Paradise" on the Travel Channel for the famous Red Velvet & Fried Chicken Waffles and Fried MacnCheese croquettes with bacon tomato jam and aioli sauce.
