Wow, the lady probably shouldn’t be driving so erratically in her company car AND she was on the phone. Was driving down 215E and she was going over 90mph weaving in and out of lanes and tailing people and tailed me to where I couldn’t even see her headlights!! She had no care for other people’s safety; I could care less if she got into an accident by herself. Also, called the number numerous times, no answer. I can’t imagine doing business with a company that doesn’t answer their phones.
What a shabby outfit! Their installers are so lazy that they cut utility lines to 120 apartment units and their defense is "you never told us we couldn't". What a joke. Go elsewhere!
Made an appointment. they offered between 9-11am. I said yes, as long as they call before the rep is there so I can meet him. They never called so rep went to my house when I wasn't home. When I called them at around 11:39am to find out when they'd be calling so we can meet. They asked to call me back because they were on the other line, they never did. I called again at 12:30pm and left a message, no call back. At 1:50pm I call them again to find out what is happening and Taylor the receptionist couldn't help me. So this was a huge waste of time. If this is the kind of service you get now, could you imagine what you'll get after you pay?.. I went with another company.
The roofers did a satisfactory job but the communication with the front office was a total disaster. Broken promises and lack of messages left unanswered. Never again.
I wouldn’t Recommmad this company what so ever 3 years later and still problems and now come to find out the roofing shingles are defected and the owner from TLC was at my home. Las Vegas community do yourself a favor and stay away from this company nothing but aggravation and stress
